Governance
The project's governance is based on 5 principles: inclusion, transversality, agility, parity and sustainability. It is broken down as follows:
○ A steering committee, which defines the major orientations and strategy, and monitors and manages the project. This Committee, chaired by UR, is composed by 2 project leaders per high education institution (UCBL, ULL2, UR, UP, VIT and CIMAP), with the possibility of guests members.
○ 2 expert committees in each axe of the project (biotechnologies applied to medicinal plants and AI applied to biomedical data), which implement the strategic orientations at operational level and lead the 4 tasks necessary for the implementation, monitoring and development of the master's and doctoral training courses concerned.
○ An ethics and deontology committee, which can mobilize players likely to provide multidisciplinary insight into the ethical principles to be applied to the project and the consortium values to be respected.
○ Project team is made up of the Vice-Presidents for International Relations of each university, the heads of the teaching staff and the directors of the research units or representatives to which these courses are attached, as well as the project engineers from each higher education establishment. This team is supported by the teaching staff involved in the project, the administrative teams of the faculties concerned, and support offices and departments (international relations, training and life campus, human resources, financial and legal services, research, entrepreneurship and equality).
